Terms and Conditions
- Payment: PayPal only, in €. 50% before I draw the sketch, 50% before the final file is sent. I'll send the invoice/payment link once your request is accepted.
- Refunds: No refund once the sketch has been approved or after the final piece is delivered. Partial refund possible if I can't finish the commission (my decision).
- Process: I will send a rough sketch for approval first. Minor changes are free during the sketch stage. No major changes after approval (new pose, outfit, characters, etc.).
- Deadlines: Deadlines are estimates, not guarantees. Life happens! I'll keep you updated during the process.
- Delivery: Final artwork is sent as a high-resolution PNG/JPG through any platform listed in the contact section.
- Usage: You may post the artwork online as long as you credit me. Do not remove the signature or watermark, and do not edit, crop, or redraw my work without permission.
- Commercial use: No commercial use (merch, prints, books, games, streaming overlays, etc.) unless agreed in advance. Do not resell the artwork or use it for profit. No NFTs or crypto use, ever.
- AI: Do not use my art to train AI models or datasets. No AI generation based on my artwork (no img2img, no LoRA, no style copying).
- Copyright: I keep the copyright of my artwork (characters belong to their respective owners).
- Portfolio: I can use the finished artwork in my portfolio and on social media. If you want the commission kept private, let me know me before I finish it.
- My rights: I reserve the right to refuse any commission, for any reason, and to cancel it if the client becomes rude or disrespectful.
- Client responsibilities: Provide clear references for characters (images, descriptions, colors). I'm not responsible for mistakes caused by missing or unclear references. Reply to my messages within 3 days, otherwise the commission may be cancelled.
